BRUNO:
ABOUT THE BRAND

Bruno started with a simple question: could skincare products smell as good as luxury perfume?

Each of our products is the result of countless hours of research, experimentation, and refinement. Every formulation is developed in-house in Richmond, Virginia, ensuring that what you experience is truly one of a kind.

At Bruno, we believe that exceptional skincare lives at the intersection of art and science. We pair meticulously researched, high-performance ingredients with fragrances designed to make you feel radiant inside and out.

WORDS FROM
OUR FOUNDER

Bruno began as a personal escape. I have a full time healthcare job and am a mom to two young autistic daughters—life is beautifully full, but at times, overwhelming.

I needed something for myself, so I started blending fragrances late at night in a tiny home office. It was my form of therapy: creative, grounding, and unexpectedly energizing. In times of turmoil, art is a form of resistance.

As I learned more and more about perfumery, I started wondering about my skincare products. I’ve used and loved clean beauty products for years, but so many of them smell bland or medicinal. Why couldn’t skincare smell as beautiful as fine fragrance, while still being safe and effective?

That question sent me deep into the world of perfumery, cosmetic chemistry, and dermatology research. I wanted to bridge the gap between skincare performance and scent, creating skincare that feels as good as it smells, and offering complete ingredient transparency.

Naming the brand Bruno—my maiden name—was a way to anchor this project in something personal. This business came to life during one of the most difficult seasons of my life, and yet it’s become my outlet, my joy, and my creative spark. My mission is simple: to help shift the beauty industry toward real fragrance transparency, and to share something beautiful, intentional, and true.

Truth in Scent isn’t just a tagline. It’s the heart of everything I make. I can't wait to share it with you.
